Max and the Twins have a past.

I painted this on a 3' x 4' piece of 3/4" thick plywood, to enter into an exhibit about sex. I didn't get accepted, but the piece was still glorious, and I exhibited it at several bars around Chicago. People tended to stand in front of for long stretches of time, not moving or speaking. When I tried to ask them what they saw in it, they mostly jumped in surprise and ran away.

One woman did point at it and say, "I've had relationships like that." I said, "Right?"

Finally someone bought it from a member show at Agitator Gallery. Apparently she hung it over her bed, and I love that.
